The Kogi State National Assembly/State Assembly Election Petition judicature sitting in national capital has laid-off Dino Melaye because the representative of the Kogi West legislator district within the Senate.Melaye beat his nighest opponent, good Adeyemi, and different candidates within the election that was conducted on Feb 2019 for a second term within the higher legislative chamber. Sam Adeyemi filed a petition before the judicature to challenge the result, alleging that the method concerned irregularities and disorganisations.
