After going on a date with an Uber driver who paid her $5,000 as her fare, a Nigerian woman described her experience.

She reportedly travelled to the Lekki neighbourhood of Lagos in the guy’s car.

When the driver asked for her number once they had arrived at their location, she gave it even though he could have simply obtained it from the app.

Before deciding to go on a date, they spoke on the phone for approximately a week.

The Uber driver paid her N5,000 for her trip home after paying a bill for N34,000 in total.

She is, however, displeased, as she wonders what she would use such an amount for.
