Germany and France have joined other world pioneers in response to the executing of Iranian top military pioneer, Maj. Gen. Qassem Soleimani by the US government.

Chancellor Angela Merkel, through her Spokeswoman, Ulrike Demmer encouraged limitation and de-acceleration.
