A 27-year elderly person and her male accessory have been captured by the police for supposedly looting a facebook companion of his assets in Ogidi, Anambra State.

The prime suspect, Ogochukwu Onourah, was said to have tricked the person in question, Emerole Ikechukwu from Imo State to Ogidi where he was victimized of the whole of N17,000, his ATM card and different resources.

The Nation accumulated that the suspect had sent a business motorcyclist who picked the injured individual on landing to the shrubbery where he was victimized at gunpoint.

Affirming the capture, the Police representative, Haruna Mohammed, said the unfortunate casualty’s pack containing his garments were recouped.

Agreeing tohim: “On 3/5/2019 at about 2:15 pm, one Emerole Ikechukwu ‘m’ of Irete town Owerri revealed at Ogidi Police Station that a female facebook companion attracted him from Imo State to Ogidi.

“Upon landing in about 1:15pm, the alleged companion coordinated a bicycle man who picked and took him to the shrubbery where he was ransacked at gunpoint of his cash money aggregate of #7000, his ATM card where another entirety of #10,000 was pulled back and different resources.

“Following the report, Police investigators connected to Ogidi Division followed and captured one Abuchi Mba ‘m’ matured 23 years of Ikenga Ogidi and recuperated the injured individual sack containing his garments from him.

“Subsequently, circumspect examination additionally prompted the capture of the woman, one Ogochukwu Onourah ‘f’ matured 27 years of Ilongodo, Ogidi in Idemili North LGA of Anambra State.”

Mohammed said the two suspects have admitted to the wrongdoing, including that endeavors were to capture other escaping accessories.
